Feminist Social Research
We design applied research tailored to specific institutional and community contexts. Using sociological, feminist, intersectional, and mixed-method approaches, we help identify key challenges and pathways for change.
Feminist Organizational Learning
We conduct gender-focused diagnostics and policy evaluations. Through participatory and intersectional methods, we examine structures and practices to support meaningful institutional transformation.
We offer workshops, mentoring, and learning spaces on feminist and antisexist research, promoting critical and context-based knowledge for academic, organizational, and community settings.

Knowledge in Sorority
At Knowledge in Sorority, we weave alliances grounded in situated knowledge, critical thinking, and collective action. These collaborations do not emerge from hierarchical or bureaucratic structures, but from affective, political, and methodological connections that strengthen our practices.

Active collaboration in education, research, and feminist accompaniment.
Together with the UNESCO Chair on Gender, Leadership and Equity, led by Dr. Rosa Rojas Paredes, we co-organize initiatives such as the Accompanied Academic Writing Program and other collective efforts to strengthen feminist knowledge in dialogue with academic institutions and diverse communities.

Applied research and institutional analysis with a feminist lens.
We support the development, evaluation, and implementation of gender equality and mainstreaming policies within universities, collectives, and public institutions. This program brings together participatory methodologies and situated assessments to transform structures from within. -
Fostering intra-disciplinary networks as communities of practice and support.
At the Anti-Sexism Lab, we promote the creation of networks both within and beyond academic disciplines—not through bureaucratic or institutional logic, but as living communities of practice, critical reflection, and mutual support. We are currently initiating the Anti-Sexist Sociology Network, a space in the making that brings together students, educators, practitioners, and researchers committed to intersectional, critical, and feminist approaches to sociological analysis.
We are collaboratively developing guidelines, shared goals, and modes of cooperation that value situated knowledge and the collective desire for transformation.
Get in touch if you're interested in being part of this network.
Exploring
gender dynamics
We use social research as a critical tool to understand gender systems and the structures that reproduce inequality. Through rigorous methodologies and interdisciplinary approaches, we generate knowledge that informs public debate, policy design, and institutional transformation—contributing to substantive gender equality.

The Latin+ Feminist Sociology Collective is an autonomous, transnational space for critical reflection, care, and solidarity among Latin American and Caribbean feminist sociologists based in the Global North. Founded in 2020, the Collective embraces an antiracist, intersectional feminist praxis that honors the complexity and richness of Latin+ identities and diasporic legacies.
More than a conventional academic network, it is a political and affective community that offers workshops, virtual gatherings, co-mentorship, blogs, podcasts, and shared creation. The term Latin+ reflects their inclusive, expansive vision—emphasizing growth, coalition-building, and transformation beyond rigid categories and borders.
